Local travel is included within the agreed service area. Travel outside that area will be discussed and quoted before a booking is confirmed.

Payment and invoices

Clear from the start

Once your service and price are agreed, we send an invoice by email through FreeAgent. Payment is made by bank transfer to our Lumejej Companions Ltd business account.

Invoices are due within 7 days
Payment is required before an earlier first booking
Monthly packages are paid in advance
Use your invoice number as the payment reference
Bank details appear securely on your invoice
Payment confirmation or receipt provided
